Internal Operational & Financial Compliance Regulation
Persian Platform LLC – Yerevan Office
(In accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia and applicable legal provisions)
1. Scope and Applicability
This Regulation shall apply to all managers, employees, consultants, representatives, associates, and any third parties acting on behalf of or in cooperation with Persian Platform LLC within the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
All such persons shall be bound by the provisions set forth herein as a condition of cooperation.
2. Mandatory Office Presence for Contractual Activities
All negotiations, contractual discussions, execution of agreements, and any legally binding commitments shall be conducted exclusively at the officially designated office premises of Persian Platform LLC in Yerevan.
Any agreement, representation, or commitment made outside the official office premises, or without adherence to the Company's formal procedures, shall be deemed null and void and shall not be recognised by the Company.
3. Identity Verification and Documentation
All parties entering into any form of agreement with the Company must be duly identified in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Relevant documentation, including identification documents and contractual records, must be properly recorded, stored, and maintained in compliance with applicable legal and administrative requirements.
4. CCTV Monitoring and Data Protection
The office premises of Persian Platform LLC are subject to continuous video surveillance (CCTV) for the purposes of security, transparency, and operational compliance.
By entering the premises, all individuals expressly acknowledge and consent to such monitoring, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Personal Data Protection.
All recorded data shall be stored, processed, and protected strictly in accordance with applicable data protection laws and shall not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or competent authorities.
5. Financial Transactions and Payment Procedures
All payments, fees, and financial transactions related to the services of Persian Platform LLC must be made exclusively to the official bank account(s) of the Company.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Acceptance of payments in personal accounts
- Cash handling without formal authorisation
- Collection of funds by unauthorised third parties
Any deviation from the above shall constitute a material breach of this Regulation and may give rise to legal liability.
6. Issuance and Retention of Receipts
For every financial transaction, an official receipt or financial document must be issued in accordance with the accounting and tax regulations of the Republic of Armenia.
All clients, associates, and relevant parties are required to retain such receipts and documentation until the full completion, delivery, and closure of the respective service or contractual obligation.
7. Liability and Non-Compliance
Any breach of this Regulation by managers, associates, or third parties may result in:
- Immediate termination of cooperation
- Invalidation of agreements or commitments
- Civil liability under the laws of the Republic of Armenia
- Referral to competent legal authorities where applicable
8. Final Provisions
This Regulation shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the Civil Code and other applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Persian Platform LLC reserves the right to amend, update, or enforce this Regulation at its sole discretion in order to ensure full legal compliance and operational integrity.
This document constitutes an official internal regulation of Persian Platform LLC and is binding upon all parties engaged with the Company.
